Willamette Falls Intergovernmental Agreement
June 2016. The four partner agencies each adopted an agreement that describes the decisionmaking process for the project.
September 2014. The four partner agencies agreed to pursue a public access project on the property, which has become the riverwalk.
The Willamette Falls Legacy Project Partners Group consists of two elected officials and an administrator from each of the four partner agencies, Oregon City, Clackamas County, Metro, and the State of Oregon. The group meets four times a year to provide leadership and direction for the project. See meeting agendas and notes.
